If you have not received a package that has been marked as delivered by the shipping company, please report this to our Customer Service team immediately at [email protected]. Our team will take charge of the search and claims process with the carrier to ensure that your package is found and delivered to you as soon as possible.
However, please note that there is a time limit for reporting missing packages. If more than 60 days have passed since the shipping company informed you the package had been marked as delivered and you have not contacted our Support Team, we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
